This year’s Empowered to Connect conference includes training in the Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) strategies developed by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. David Cross from the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development, which exists to bring attachment and connection in families. TBRI® is being implemented in homes, schools, churches and courtrooms with successful outcomes in connection and relationships based on mutual respect and trust. These strategies were discovered while serving children from “hard places”, but are applicable for all. Register for the free online conference here. Choose the ticket “ASL Interpreters PINRA Credits” when registering. Once registered, an email detailing the steps for filling out the PINRA application and paying the $25 PINRA processing fee, electronically, will be sent. Application and payment must be received prior to viewing the videos. Email Becky Lloyd at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
